  • Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings on a rota

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a well-established independent garage in St Helens, Merseyside. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Service Advisors to develop their careers within a reputable and forward-thinking dealership group that values professionalism, growth, and employee wellbeing.

Duties:
  • Greet customers warmly and serve as the primary point of contact for vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Effectively communicate service options, additional products, and upsell opportunities
  • Accurately record customer vehicle details and service requirements
  • Manage appointment scheduling and provide regular updates to customers
  • Prepare and process invoices and ensure all administration is completed accurately
  • Liaise with workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery
  • Attend to customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
  • Promote service and accessory sales to maximise department performance
  • Maintain professional reception areas and uphold high standards of customer service
Requirements: 
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive customer service role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Kerridge or similar dealership management software is preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical understanding of vehicle servicing, repairs, and warranty procedures is advantageous
  • Right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available
