Duties:
- Performing comprehensive vehicle servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Conducting diagnostics and resolving complex vehicle issues
- Ensuring all work is completed within specified timeframes
- Maintaining high-quality work and customer satisfaction
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Supporting apprentice technicians and junior team members as required
Requirements:
- Level 3-qualified automotive technician
- Experience working within the Main Dealer network or similar brands is desirable
- MOT tester accreditation preferred but not essential
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Motivation to achieve and exceed targets
