Warranty Administrator vacancy in Brighton!

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Warranty Administrator to join a reputable dealership in Brighton. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a busy motor trade environment, supporting the service team and ensuring smooth warranty processing. The Warranty Administrator will be integral to maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Duties:

  • Managing warranty claims efficiently using systems such as Reynolds, Reynold & Power and knowledge of 1 Link is advantageous
  • Supporting the service advisors and workshop team to ensure warranty procedures are correctly followed
  • Liaising with manufacturers and internal departments to resolve warranty queries promptly
  • Maintaining accurate warranty documentation and ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Assisting in the overall administration of the service department to optimise workflow and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator, Service Advisor or in a similar administrative role within a motor trade environment
  • Good understanding of warranty procedures and systems, ideally with experience in Reynolds & Reynold, Power, or 1 Link
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and support a busy service department
  • A positive and proactive attitude with strong communication skills
