  • OTE: Up to £37,000
  • Hours: 8:00am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday + 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (8:00am–1:00pm)
Perfect Placement are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a prestigious premium franchised dealership in the Wolverhampton area

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused automotive professional to join a busy and well-established dealership, representing a highly respected premium brand.

About this Service Advisor Role:

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the service and repair process.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Welcoming customers into the dealership and handling service and repair enquiries.
  • Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing customer expectations.
  • Preparing accurate job cards and providing clear explanations of work required.
  • Liaising closely with Technicians and the Workshop Controller to ensure work is completed efficiently.
  • Providing customers with regular updates throughout the repair process.
  • Preparing and presenting accurate invoices.
  • Up-selling additional products and services where appropriate.
  • Handling customer queries and resolving any concerns professionally.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring manufacturer standards are consistently met.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor with a strong background within the automotive industry.

The Service Advisor will ideally have:
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor position within a franchised dealership.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and administration abilities.
  • The confidence to discuss vehicle repairs, servicing and additional work with customers.
  • A professional and personable approach.
  • The ability to work effectively in a busy, target-driven environment.
  • A full UK driving licence.
Experience with a premium or prestige automotive brand would be advantageous, although candidates with strong franchised dealership experience will also be considered.

Working Hours
  • Monday–Friday: 8:00am–6:00pm
  • 1 in 4 Saturday mornings: 8:00am–1:00pm
Salary & Benefits
