- Basic Salary up to £27,000 depending on experience
- Hours: Monday to Friday.
To be considered for this Credit Controller role it is essential that you have worked within the Motor Trade as a Credit Controller.
As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the delivery of operational excellence.
You will be responsible for the timely collection of overdue sales ledger debtors. You will liaise with key colleagues across all Manufacturer linked sites to ensure that their daily banking is received on time, confirm values received, and investigate any discrepancies.
An important part of the Credit Controller role will be updating Kerridge on any internal and external queries.
You will send out copy invoices and month end statements as well as placing any overdue accounts on hold. In addition, you will open new accounts while using Experian to check customers' credit ratings.
As a credit controller you will be responsible for monitoring all outstanding invoices and chasing payments, you will also ensure that all group policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Your main responsibilities as a Credit Controller will be:
- Assisting in the monitoring and collection of invoices.
- Reconciling invoices paid and dispatching monthly statements
- Following up on non-payments and pursuing debts
- Liaising with customers to ensure their accounts are accurate and fully up to date.
