Our client, a Main Dealership in Stoke, is looking for a hardworking and experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to work within their busy Service department.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing a professional & knowledgeable service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for service, maintenance or repair work and arranging, where necessary, a courtesy vehicle.

In the role of a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will:
  • Work alongside several other Vehicle Service Advisors as well as a workshop team 
  • Responsible for providing a pro-active service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for service, maintenance or repair work and arranging where necessary a courtesy vehicle. 
  • Greet customers into the Service Department
  • Extensively liaise with the workshop to chase work in progress
  • Carry out upselling of additional products and services where possible
  • Keep customers informed of the progress on their vehicle.

  To be considered for this Vehicle Service Advisor vacancy, you must have: 
  • Previous experience as a service advisor, preferably main dealership. 
  • Full UK driving license
  • Deliver the very highest level of customer service
  • Strong organisational skills
  • IT literate
  • Experience with Kerridge/ADP
