Our client is a respected, multi-franchise dealer group with over 100 employees across 6 locations in Surrey and Kent. With a strong family ethos, they prioritise both their team and customers – and believe that great service starts with great people.
The dealership is open 7 days a week (08:30 – 18:00 Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 16:00 Sundays). You’ll work 5 days per week on a rota basis, averaging 40 hours weekly.
Salary & Benefits working with our Car Dealer Client:
- £35,000 – £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

- Selling vehicles while providing a world-class customer experience
- Hitting unit targets and successfully upselling add-on products
- Educating customers on vehicle options, finance, and insurance products
- Building rapport with new and existing customers
- Maintaining FCA compliance and professional standards at all times
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in automotive sales
- A proven record of meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both face-to-face and by phone
- A proactive, enthusiastic and team-oriented mindset
- Confidence with finance, warranty, and insurance product sales
- A full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
- FCA compliance or willingness to complete training
