Service Advisor Vacancy – New Independent Site Opening in Kettering
  • Basic Salary: up to £30,000 + Bonus 
  • OTE: £36,000
  • Monday - Friday, NO WEEKENDS!
Our client is launching a brand-new site in Kettering and is seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to become a key part of this exciting new chapter.

This is a rare chance to join a highly successful and reputable independent business during a period of expansion.

You’ll be part of a fresh, motivated team at a new site while enjoying a strong support system from their established Northampton operation.

Responsibilities include:
  • Delivering excellent customer communication at all times
  • Booking customers in for servicing and MOTs
  • Accurately maintaining electronic records
  • Supporting smooth workflow between front-of-house and workshop
  • Promoting a culture of first-time fixes and top-tier service
  • Using internal systems and resources effectively to support your role
Successful candidates will have:
  • A friendly, professional manner with a passion for great customer service
  • Confident upselling skills and the ability to clearly explain technical details
  • Ambition to develop and progress into future management roles
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade is preferred
