Our client, a multi-award-winning car dealership group based in Leatherhead, is on the lookout for a Parts Advisor - Credit & Returns Assistant to join their bustling parts department. Their warehouse is the heartbeat of one of the UK’s most successful Trade Parts centres, and they need a team player with a passion for precision to keep things running smoothly!

What You’ll Be Doing: 
  • Master of Credits & Returns: Handle goods in and out, ensuring seamless credit and return processes in a busy parts environment.
  • Liaise Like a Pro: Work with manufacturers to resolve issues, manage credits, and tackle customer queries with confidence.
  • Customer Champion: Use your stellar telephone manner to keep customers happy and informed.
  • Team Player: Support your colleagues with a can-do attitude, contributing to a positive and productive workplace.
  • Tech-Savvy: Navigate automotive Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like a pro, with experience in systems like Kerridge or Pinnacle being a bonus.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:
  • Self-Motivated Spark: A proactive mindset with a knack for getting things done.
  • Team Spirit: A collaborative approach, always ready to lend a hand with a smile.
  • Tech Know-How: Strong computer literacy, with experience using automotive DMS systems (Pinnacle experience is a plus, but not essential).
  • Parts Expertise: Solid knowledge of the automotive parts sector, ideally gained in a dealership setting.
  • Phone Skills: A friendly and professional telephone manner that keeps customers coming back.
  • Team Player Vibes: A strong sense of camaraderie and a can-do attitude that lifts the whole team.
