Nightshift HGV Technician needed In Stoke

Leading Commercial Vehicle Main Dealer Group
Location: Stoke
Salary: Upwards of £20 per hour
Working Hours: 10pm til 6:30am Monday to Friday
Earn upwards of £50K !!


Our client is a family-owned and operated who have been in business for over a century and operate a number of full-service dealerships across various locations across the UK. This is an opporutunity to work on their night shift in Stoke.

Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Nightshift HGV Mechanic / Technician:

  • Conduct routine inspections, maintenance service, and repairs on both franchised and non-franchised marques, including trailers, to industry standards.
  • Perform a wide range of defect repairs.
  • Carry out fault diagnosis and rectification using the manufacturer’s computer system and tooling.
  • Complete job cards and service sheets using online systems correctly and in line with warranty protocol.
What's required from you as a nightshift HGV Mechanic / Technician:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Prerequisite NVQ Level 3 or similar qualification is essential.
  • An HGV licence is desired but not mandatory.
