We’re working with a well-established Main Dealer in Ashford with a reputation for delivering top-tier customer service and investing in their people.

They are now seeking a Service Advisor to join their friendly and experienced team. If you have a customer-first approach, enjoy working in a fast-paced service department, and are looking for long-term progression — this is the role for you.

What’s in it for you as a Service Advisor?
  • Basic Salary up to £30,000, dependent on experience

Your Day-to-Day as a Service Advisor:
  • Booking in customer vehicles for servicing, MOTs and repairs
  • Advising customers on estimated costs and timescales
  • Liaising with workshop and parts departments to ensure smooth handovers
  • Upselling additional work, service plans, and accessories
  • Managing follow-ups, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
  • Handling invoices, warranty claims, and keeping records up to date
What our client is looking for:
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor or Aftersales role within the motor trade
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Well-organised, calm under pressure, and solutions-driven
  • Kerridge / ADP / Drive experience beneficial, but not essential
  • Full UK Driving Licence
