Workshop Controller Required in Dudley/Stourbridge area for a Main Dealer
  • Basic Salary Up to £37,000 DOE
  • OTE £45,000
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30am – 12:30pm

Are you an experienced Workshop Controller with a strong performance mindset? Are you ready to lead a busy and successful aftersales team to the next level?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a focused and motivated Workshop Controller to join a thriving service department in the Dudley/Stourbridge area. You’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of 9 Technicians and 2 Service Advisors, managing workshop loading, maintaining high productivity, and ensuring quality and efficiency across the board.

Requirements for this Workshop Controller role:
  • Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician looking to step up
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage performance and drive productivity
  • A passion for delivering high standards of service and repair
  • Possess a full UK driving license
  • Main Dealer experience is beneficial
  • Must be Authorised to work in the UK
