  • Salary: Up to £35,000 Basic + Monthly Bonus (OTE £40,000+)
  • Hours: Monday – Friday ONLY - 8:30am-5:30pm (No Weekends!)
Are you a skilled Vehicle Technician looking for a new challenge with better work-life balance?

Our client, a well-established and award-winning automotive group in the West Midlands, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join their busy Workshop. This is a rare opportunity to work Monday to Friday only – no weekends required!

What we are looking for in this Vehicle Technician opportunity?
  • You will be a fully qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent).
  • You must be capable of carrying out diagnostic, service and repair work to a high standard.
  • Previous franchise dealership experience is ideal but not essential – full manufacturer training is provided.
  • A proactive attitude, excellent attention to detail and a desire to deliver outstanding customer service is essential.
As a Vehicle Technician, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Completing vehicle health checks using electronic systems with accuracy.
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
  • Ensuring all work is completed within agreed time-frames while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
  • Carrying out road tests and reporting issues as necessary.
What the successful Technician can expect?
  • Basic salary up to £35,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Bonus potential of up to £40,000+ 
  • Monday to Friday working only – No Saturday shifts!
  • 30 days annual leave (22 days + bank holidays), increasing with length of service
