- Location: Croydon, South London
- Salary: £32,000 (DOE)
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (40 hours/week) – Weekends Free!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage parts orders, credits, and returns with precision.
- Handle customer bookings and service administration efficiently.
- Liaise with vehicle technicians, service advisors and customers to resolve queries.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and in-person.
- Use Dealer Management Systems (DMS) to support operations.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, ideally from a garage/dealership setting.
- Excellent phone and communication skills.
- Computer literacy, with DMS experience (e.g., Kerridge or Pinnacle) a bonus.
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
- Competitive salary: £32,000 (depending on experience).
