Service Advisor required in Indian Queens:

  • Basic Salary £30,000 DOE

Our automotive client is an Independent Specialist Garage that operates throughout the area. Our client is actively looking to hire a Service Advisor for their site to look after customers whom are having work completed on their vehicles in their workshop. This is a great opportunity for anyone with Service Advisor experience in the motor trade. As the successful Vehicle Service Advisor your responsibilities will be:
  • Providing a pro-active service to customers.
  • Scheduling in their vehicles in for a service, maintenance or repair work.
  • Take ownership of customer queries and resolve any issues.
  • Invoicing work done and taking payments.
  • Working towards company targets and KPI’s.

The successful Vehicle Service Advisor will ideally have previous experience in the role but that is not essential as full training will be provided. Must be confident and proactive as well as computer literate.
