Parts Advisor required in Redruth:
  • Basic salary up to £33,000 
  • Monday To Friday (8am - 5:30pm) 
  • 1 in 2 Saturday morning (8am - 12pm) currently
Our Client offers its customers a guarantee of professional standards and craftsmanship when their vehicle is with them, as such they are looking to employ experienced and technically gifted Parts Advisors. Being able to work in a busy pressurised environment, using the latest equipment, for one of the most recognised groups in the Redruth area. 

What our Client is offering for the Parts Advisor:
  • A Basic Salary up to £33,000 
  • Monday to Friday Working Hours 8am - 5:30pm
  • 1 in 2 Saturday mornings currently
Duties of a Parts Advisor:
  • To ensure that all customers and internal parts needs are dealt with promptly and courteously responding immediately to requests for parts
  • To be continuously and consistently conscious of customer needs providing at all times the highest level of courtesy and service.
  • Working within the sales team on sales of product promotions by answering telephone queries and dealing with electronic queries
  • To report any stock damage or stock losses to the manager without delay
  • To ensure that the work area is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and that Health and Safety and COSHH requirements are adhered to all times

  • Proactive approach in maintaining customer standards
  • Good telephone manner
  • Organisational and administration skills
  • Full and Clean Driving License
