  • Salary is from £40k Basic + Incentives
  • Hours are  from 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday, no weekends
Our client, a family-run Automotive Car Garage in the Farnborough, Hampshire area, is currently seeking an experienced Garage Manager to join their all makes and models service centre team.
This role would suit individuals with experience as a Manager from the Automotive Industry looking for an exciting new opportunity in a thriving workshop to support with their workload. The successful applicant must have Mechanical knowledge.

Duties of the Garage Manager with our Client:
  • Deliver the very best customer service
  • Ensure the highest level of professionalism when dealing with customers
  • Ensure Vehicle Technicians are working in line with time frames, updating customers at all times
  • Ensure a high standard of branch management and operation
  • Consistent monitoring and review of business results for both retail and account customers
  • Regular review of business performance to ensure targets are met
What our Client expects of their Garage Manager:
  • Experience within a similar role; preferably from a car dealership service background
  • A strong understanding of car technology
  • The ability to achieve sales whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service
  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are essential
  • Desire and ability to coach and mentor a team
