Are you a skilled Prepper, Polisher, or Paint Sprayer with a passion for transforming vehicles? Join our client’s crash repair team at their family-run car dealer group in Fleet, Hampshire, specialising in cars, vans, and more.

Key Responsibilities for the Paint Sprayer/Prepper/Polisher:
  • Vehicle Prepping: Sand, prime, and mask vehicles for painting, ensuring optimal conditions for a flawless finish.
  • Polishing: Achieve high-quality, mirror-like finishes through expert polishing techniques.
  • Paint Spraying: Apply paint to vehicles with precision, adhering to industry standards for a durable, seamless result.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and compliance with standards.
Qualifications and Experience of the Paint Sprayer/Prepper/Polisher:
  • Proven experience in vehicle prepping, polishing, or paint spraying in a professional automotive setting.
  • Ability to follow technical instructions and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Relevant certifications in automotive refinishing are desirable.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
