  • Salary: Up to £34,000 (DOE) + £6,000 uncapped bonus
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm + 1-in-3 Saturday mornings (rota)

Our client; a leading Franchised Car Dealership in Guildford, seeks an experienced Senior Service Advisor with at least 3 years’ experience in a Service Advisor role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret customer concerns and liaise with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics.
  • Communicate with customers regarding additional work or repairs required.
  • Greet customers and schedule service appointments efficiently.
  • Estimate repair times and costs with precision.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Oversee vehicle progress through the workshop, ensuring timely updates.
  • Work closely with the Aftersales Manager 
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage administrative and operational aspects of the service department.
