Key Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:
- Drive sales growth and achieve KPIs across your territory.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop and deliver sales strategies in line with business objectives.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Report on sales performance and market opportunities.
- Proven experience in sales, business development or account management (ideally B2B or automotive).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to spot opportunities.
- IT literate with good reporting skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Basic salary of £40,000 + Bonus (OTE £48,000).
- Company car and expenses package.
- Monday to Friday role (no weekends).
