- Basic Salary up to £27,400 DOE + Bonus (OTE c. £32,000+)
- Full-time, Permanent – 40 hours per week
Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor role:
- Acting as the main point of contact between customers and the service department.
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and MOTs.
- Providing accurate costings and quotations to customers.
- Liaising with the workshop to monitor progress and keep customers updated.
- Upselling additional products, services, and promotions where appropriate.
- Ensuring all paperwork and systems are updated in line with company standards.
- Delivering a first-class customer experience at all times.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the motor trade.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly approach.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A full UK driving Licence.
- Basic Salary up to £27,400 DOE
- OTE up to c. £32,000
- Monday to Friday with Saturday rota as required
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
