Master Vehicle Technician required in Glasgow Region.
  • Basic Salary up to £40,000 DOE
  • OTE up to £46,900
  • Permanent – Full Time
We are currently seeking an experienced Master Vehicle Technician to join a busy workshop in the Glasgow area. This role offers excellent earning potential, structured training, and genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities as a Master Vehicle Technician:
  • Carrying out high-level diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work across a range of vehicles.
  • Supporting and mentoring other technicians with complex fault-finding and technical issues.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and industry standards.
  • Contributing to workshop efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Keeping up to date with manufacturer training, including EV and hybrid systems.
Requirements for a Master Vehicle Technician:
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
  • Previous experience as a Senior / Master Technician.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and support junior colleagues.
  • Full UK driving licence.
