Parts Advisor Vacancy - Commercial Dealership in Leicester:
  • Position: Parts Advisor 
  • Location: Leicester 
  • Basic Salary: Circa £30,000 (DoE)
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm 
  • Saturdays paid at overtime rate (on a rota basis)
  • 40 hours per week

As a Parts Advisor, you will be a key part of the operation, supporting customers and the workshop team by sourcing and supplying the right parts quickly and accurately. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail and excellent customer service are essential.

Key Responsibilities as a Parts Advisor:
  • Source and supply the correct parts for customers and the workshop team
  • Raise accurate invoices for all parts sold
  • Take and process customer orders efficiently
  • Provide professional advice and resolve customer enquiries
  • Keep parts and stock organised and well maintained
