Our client, a rapidly growing used car supermarket, is looking for a Vehicle Progressor to join their team in Hinckley.
With hundreds of vehicles on-site and a constant flow of customer appointments, this is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the sales process runs seamlessly!

Key Responsibilities of the Vehicle Progressor:
  • Coordinating daily appointments and ensuring all vehicles are cleaned, prepped, and ready for customer viewings
  • Liaising with Sales, Valeting, and the Prep Centre to prepare sold vehicles for handovers
  • Overseeing the smooth running of the showroom and supporting the sales process alongside the sales controllers
  • Handling aftersales issues promptly and professionally
  • Checking in new stock and ensuring vehicles meet preparation standards before going on sale
Requirements for the Vehicle Progressor:
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple departments
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • A confident team player who takes responsibility and drives results
  • Full UK driving licence required
