- Salary: Up to £34,000 Basic + £8,000 Uncapped OTE
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) | 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM), moving to 1 in 4 Saturdays once fully trained
Key Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
- Manage service department functions, including bookings and customer interactions
- Handle warranty administration and liaise with the vehicle manufacturer
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a premium brand experience
- Advise customers on services and upsell additional work where appropriate
- Track vehicle progress through the workshop and provide timely updates to customers
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve queries professionally
