Exciting Opportunity: Service Advisor / Administrator in Guildford, Surrey
  • Pay: Up to £35,000 DOE 
  • Hours: 8 - 5.30pm Monday - Friday half hour lunch break 
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and eager to be the welcoming face of a busy service centre? We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join a reputable all makes and models car garage team in Guildford, Surrey. This pivotal role involves engaging with customers, managing service appointments, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy building customer relationships, this is your chance to shine in a rewarding position.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised with excellent time management abilities
  • Knowledge of automotive services and repair processes
  • Proficiency with Motor trade IT systems or similar software is advantageous
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience working at a busy independent dealership or service centre 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
  • Customer service or admin experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Relevant automotive or service industry qualification
  • Prior experience in a Service Advisor or Service Administrator role or related position
Other Requirements:
  • Must reside within 30 minutes commute of South West Guildford area 
  • Full-time availability; Monday to Friday only, with weekends free!
