- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (42 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities for a Bodyshop Site Manager:
- Lead, motivate, and support a team including Technicians, Customer Service Advisors, Vehicle Damage Assessors, Parts Advisors, and Drivers.
- Collaborate with the Workshop Manager to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality repair standards.
- Manage site performance to achieve targets and budgets while maintaining exceptional quality and productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and increased profitability.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, BSI PAS 10125 standards, and manufacturer requirements.
- Oversee recruitment, HR processes, and staff development in partnership with the People Team.
- Maintain effective communication by providing timely updates to customers and internal teams.
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a senior automotive leadership position.
- Strong operational and commercial management skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities, with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding site performance targets.
- A proactive approach to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Full UK driving licence.
