- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favourable terms
- Analysing parts performance metrics to identify improvement areas
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures
- Providing training and support to team members to foster a collaborative and motivated work environment
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager within a dealership
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiating capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in automotive parts management systems and Microsoft Office
- A full UK driving licence is preferred
