Service Advisor Required in Epsom for Family Run Centre Centre 
  • Hours: 8 - 5pm Monday - Friday only

Duties of the Service Advisor include:
  • Greeting and assisting customers with their vehicle service needs
  • Managing service authorisations and obtaining customer approval
  • Ordering parts efficiently to ensure smooth workflow
  • Using a bespoke automotive IT System for job management and documentation
  • Dealing with customer queries and providing excellent service
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality standards
Candidate specification for the Service Advisor role:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Reliable, motivated, and self-sufficient with a proactive approach
  • Familiarity with automotive CRM's is desirable but not essential
  • Professional attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
