  • Basic Salary up to £32,000 basic (Can pay more for Senior Service Advisors) 
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (No weekends!)
  • Ongoing professional training and development.
About the Role – Automotive Service Advisor
Are you a driven and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Join a rapidly expanding, reputable independent garage specialising in prestige, performance, and electric vehicles. This full-time, permanent position provides stability, professional growth, and the chance to work within a cutting-edge facility north of Cannock, Staffordshire.

Key Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
  • Manage the customer journey from booking to vehicle handover, ensuring clear communication and transparency
  • Handle service, repair, and MOT bookings efficiently
  • Prepare accurate job cards, estimates, and repair authorisations
  • Liaise effectively between customers and workshop technicians
  • Provide regular updates, explanations, and advice to customers
  • Coordinate parts orders and supplier communications
  • Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims
  • Maintain an organised and professional reception and waiting area.
Service Advisor Candidate Requirements:
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in a franchise or independent garage
  • Good understanding of vehicle servicing, repairs, and MOT procedures
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities
  • IT-literate with the ability to adapt to internal management systems
  • Hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
