Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for your next exciting opportunity? Our client, a leading automotive dealer group in Warrington, Cheshire, is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic role for a customer-focused professional eager to develop their career within a thriving dealership environment. As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers during vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring outstanding service and customer satisfaction.

Your day-to-day duties will include:
  • Greeting and engaging customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Explaining repair and service processes clearly and transparently
  • Keeping customers informed about vehicle repairs and estimated completion times
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge through manufacturer-led training
  • Promoting additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations
  • Scheduling vehicle appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Confirming bookings through pre-appointment customer calls
  • Managing customer records accurately within company systems
The ideal Service Advisor will have:
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Proven experience in a customer service environment, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to identify customer needs and upsell services naturally
  • Previous target-driven experience demonstrating goal achievement
  • A valid UK driving licence
