- Conduct advanced diagnostics using modern equipment
- Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs, servicing, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
- Support and mentor junior technicians to develop team skills
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and quality controls
- Complete MOT testing if certified, and manage related paperwork efficiently
- Support the workshop in delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintain a safe and organised working environment
- NVQ Level 3 or higher in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Master Technician or Senior Vehicle Technician
- Strong diagnostic skills, with proficiency in interpreting fault codes
- Full UK driving licence
- MOT Tester certification is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to work independently and support team development
