We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated Aftersales Manager in Wimbledon. - Lead and motivate the Aftersales team to achieve service, parts, and workshop targets
- Oversee the performance of service advisors, technicians, parts staff, and workshop drivers
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
- Manage workflow and productivity to maximise efficiency and profitability
- Monitor and control departmental costs, warranties, and departmental reports
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and legislation
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies and marketing activities
- Ensure all service and repair work meets quality and safety standards
- Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively to maintain reputation
- Support training and development initiatives within the team
- Coordinate with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience
- Regularly review performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager within a franchised dealership
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for automotive retail
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to analyse performance data and implement improvements
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to inspire others
- Full driving licence
