Are you an experienced MOT Tester looking to join a reputable Dorking based service centre? Our client, a renowned family run all makes and models car workshop, is seeking a dedicated MOT Tester to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established business that values local talent and offers a supportive working environment.

Duties of the MOT Tester role:
  • Conducting MOT tests efficiently and accurately on a range of vehicles
  • Identifying and diagnosing any mechanical issues during inspections
  • Ensuring all tests are completed in line with legal requirements and standards
  • Completing accurate documentation and reports for each vehicle tested
  • Maintaining high standards of vehicle safety and compliance
  • Assisting with other workshop duties as required
Requirements for this MOT Tester role:
  • Previous experience as an MOT Tester is essential
  • Full valid MOT Tester licence
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection procedures and safety standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Local candidates preferred due to the location
  • Good communication skills and customer-focused approach
