As the Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the used car sales process, managing a busy sales team, and delivering exceptional customer service. Duties

  • Lead and motivate the used car sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage daily operations of the dealership ensuring high standards of customer service
  • Oversee the entire sales process from vehicle sourcing to delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and dealership compliance
  • Manage financial targets and ensure departmental profitability

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, ideally within a franchised dealership or used car sales environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
