- Manage workflow, productivity, and job allocation
- Ensure all repairs are completed to a high standard and on time
- Liaise with technicians and support staff to maintain efficiency
- Carry out light MET duties when required
- Maintain a safe and organised working environment
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience working on the shop floor within an accident repair environment
- Strong knowledge of bodyshop processes and repair methods
- Previous experience in a supervisory or controller role preferred
- Ability to organise workloads and meet deadlines
- A hands-on approach with willingness to support the team
- High attention to detail and quality standards
