Mobile LCV Technician Required – Wednesbury , West Midlands
  • Basic Salary up to: £45,000
  • OTE: Up to £55,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday + Optional Overtime

Our client, a well-established and highly reputable fleet operation, is seeking an experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their growing team in the Wednesbury area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional business offering strong earning potential and long-term stability.

As a Mobile LCV Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs across a mixed fleet of vehicles at various customer locations throughout the West Midlands. This is a varied and autonomous role ideal for a self-motivated technician.

Duties & Responsibilities as a Mobile LCV/Van Technician:
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on LCVs.
  • Diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment
  • Complete vehicle health checks and ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, and engine repairs where required
  • Conduct detailed inspections and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of all work carried out
  • Provide a high level of customer service on-site
  • Keep your mobile workspace clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards.
Requirements for this Mobile LCV/Van Technician:
  • Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience working on LCVs and/or HGVs
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience with wiring and camera systems is advantageous.
