  • Basic Salary: Up to £55,000
  • OTE £60,000+
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, looking for flexible Working hours (Days/ Evenings / Nights) 
Our client, a busy and well-established automotive business, is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to join their successful Fleet department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader within the motor trade who is looking to take full ownership of a high-performing Workshop and drive efficiency, quality, and team performance.

Workshop Manager Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of a busy automotive Workshop
  • Allocate work efficiently to a team of technicians
  • Ensure maximum productivity through effective scheduling
  • Monitor job times and improve workshop efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of repair quality and workmanship
  • Support, lead, and develop workshop staff
  • Reduce repeat visits and improve first-time fix rates
  • Manage stock, control costs, and minimise waste
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
  • Liaise with office staff to ensure smooth operations.
The Ideal Workshop Manager Will Have:
  • Previous experience in a Workshop Controller / Workshop Manager position
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repairs
  • A proven track record of managing and motivating a team
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
