Vehicle Technician Opportunity for a Milton Keynes Main Dealer
  • Salary: £33,200
  • OTE: £47,000 (Top performers earned up to £69,000 last year)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Overtime: 1-in-3 Saturday mornings (paid as overtime)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established Main Dealership Workshop in the Milton Keynes area. This position is ideal for a motivated Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician:
  • Provide advanced technical and diagnostic support, ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and stay fully compliant with manufacturer training standards
  • Uphold company and manufacturer quality and compliance standards at all times
  • Ensure 100% adherence to vehicle health check processes
  • Support the workshop team with complex repairs and diagnostics where required
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) – essential
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Proven experience inspecting, servicing, and repairing motor vehicles
  • MOT Tester qualification would be highly advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written English skills
  • Previous experience in a franchised dealership environment preferred (but not essential)
