Pay: £40k Basic + £20k OTE
Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday 

Are you an experienced automotive professional looking to progress your career in aftersales management? We are recruiting for an exceptional Aftersales Manager to join our client’s busy dealership in Haywards Heath. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to lead and develop the aftersales department, ensuring outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.

Duties

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the aftersales department
  • Leading and motivating the aftersales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained
  • Overseeing workshop capacity and efficiency with a team handling up to eight ramps
  • Implementing effective service processes to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure parts availability and quality
Candidate spec

  • Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager within the motor trade
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of Kerridge or similar dealership management systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
  • Full, valid UK driving licence
