What’s in it for you as an Automotive Parts Advisor?
  • Basic Salary £30,133
  • Bonus £33,133
  • Working Hours:
  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:15 PM
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM ()
  • Total: 42.75 hours per week
  • Lunch Break: 1 hour
  • Holiday Entitlement: 22 days + 8 standard bank holidays

Duties of a Vehicle Parts Advisor with our Client:
  • Administering parts orders efficiently.
  • Identifying customer parts requirements.
  • Liaising with the Accident Repair Workshop & Mechanical Wokshops
  • Ensuring Stock is controlled effectively & stored in an orderly fashion.
  • Ensuring all company policies and industry guidelines are adhered to for compliance purposes.
  • Liaising with the Workshop Technicians and assisting with parts sourcing.
  • Parts Pricing & completing electronic health checks.
What our client expects of their Parts Advisors:
  • Parts or Service experience with a Vehicle Dealership would be highly beneficial.
  • Good sales skills & customer service experience.
  • CDK / Kerridge Experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Microcat Parts look up & Superservice experience would be beneficial
  • IT literacy is essential.
  • Technical knowledge of vehicles, and vehicle parts is helpful, enabling to answer customer queries.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • A great team player.
  • A personable approach to customers and fellow staff members.
