  • Location: Liverpool
  • Salary: Basic circa £30,000, plus Bonus, OTE up to £36K
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
Our client, a well-established and busy used car dealership, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join their friendly and dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers entering the dealership
  • Explain the repair process and efficiently book in customer vehicles
  • Sell products and services effectively while making customer bookings
  • Communicate with workshop technicians and customers to assess the level of work required and gain authorization
  • Raise job cards and provide customer estimates according to company schedules and pricing
  • Ensure excellent customer service, providing a professional and friendly experience throughout
