Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00 and Saturday 08:30 - 17:00. One rota day off during the week for three out of four weeks and one Saturday off one week in four. No Sunday working.
Are you an experienced Fast Fit Technician looking to step into a supervisory or management role? We are recruiting for a dedicated Fast Fit Technician / Supervisor to join a reputable car garage group located in Great Bookham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in fast-fit tyre and exhaust work to develop their career while earning a competitive salary and achievable incentives.

- Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the branch, including line management responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries both in person and over the phone
- Supporting the team in achieving business targets and service excellence
- Monitoring stock levels and conducting regular stock audits
- Providing hands-on workshop assistance when required
- Contributing to a customer-focused environment and maintaining high service standards
- Proven experience within the fast-fit tyre and exhaust industry
- Ability to step into workshop roles and assist colleagues as needed
- Strong leadership qualities and team player mentality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to develop skills further through training and qualifications
- Reliable and committed, with a positive attitude toward working hours and responsibilities
