We’ve worked with this independently owned, family-run business for several years.

They operate a first-class, award-winning used vehicle preparation centre in Dover and are now seeking a PDI Technician to join their growing team.

If you're hands-on, have good attention to detail, and want a role you can make your own—this could be perfect for you.

Duties of the PDI Technician:
  • Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) using a structured checklist
  • Check key vehicle items – tyres, lights, wipers, fluids, sun visors etc.
  • Flag any issues or faults clearly and consistently
  • Support the preparation of vehicles to a high retail standard
What our client is looking for:
  • Strong attention to detail and a thorough, methodical approach
  • Someone who takes pride in doing things right – not just ticking boxes
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn – no bad habits, no ego
  • Experience in a similar role or workshop environment is helpful, but not essential
  • Qualifications are welcome but not required – it’s all about attitude
