- On-Target Earnings: Up to £42,500+
- Monday -Friday ONLY (8:30am - 5:00pm)
We are seeking a skilled technician to join a busy and supportive workshop team in Halesowen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and is looking to further develop their career within a professional automotive environment.
Commercial Vehicle Technician Responsibilities:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs, and fault diagnosis to manufacturer standards
- Completing vehicle inspections and visual health checks
- Ensuring vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and prepared to the highest standard
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed
- Delivering efficient and high-quality workmanship within workshop timescales
- Supporting a positive and productive team environment
- Commercial Vehicle Technician Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- A minimum of 3 years' workshop experience
- Strong servicing and diagnostic abilities
- MOT Tester licence (advantageous but not essential)
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively as part of a busy workshop team
- Basic salary up to £36,000 depending on experience
- Bonus scheme with realistic OTE of up to £42,500
