Our Client is a Multi-Brand Dealer Group with 18 Sites across the South East of England. They are one of the most established and longest running dealer groups across the UK serving thousands of customer each year.
  • Basic Salary Up to £32,000 OTE £40,000
  • Premium Main Dealer
  • Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00, 1 in 4 Saturdays 08:00 – 12:30

Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
  • Liaise with customers regarding outstanding work and follow up on Service Plans
  • Log appointments, reservations, and MOTs accurately into the dealership database
  • Capture customer email addresses and help expand the customer database
  • Deliver excellent customer service, advising on vehicle repairs and services
  • Obtain payments for service work and repairs efficiently
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process
  • Complete job cards with detailed and precise information
  • Coordinate with the sales department to promote new and used vehicle sales
  • Manage courtesy cars and ensure their proper allocation
  • Deal with customer complaints promptly and professionally
What our Client expects of their Service Advisors:
  • Around 12 Months Experience within an automotive Service Advisor role - Flexible
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Have a good attitude to work at all times.
  • Strong organisational Skills
  • Ideally experience within the automotive sector 
  • Experience with Power DMS & RTC Software is beneficial
  • Strong customer service skills
  • An understanding of Vehicles and common issues
