We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Brighton, East Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to enhance their career within a dynamic and friendly automotive aftersales team. 

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum with an uncapped OTE up to £38,000
  • Full-time permanent position with 42 hours weekly
  • Continuous training and development opportunities
  • Potential for career progression within a well-established dealership
  • Overtime and Saturday mornings on rota basis
Duties:
  • Booking MOTs, scheduled services, and repair work for customers
  • Advising customers on warranty cover and upselling additional parts and accessories
  • Coordinating with the Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments
  • Managing a high volume of customer interactions both in person and over the phone
  • Providing timely updates to customers about turnaround times and job progress
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating dealership systems
  • Building rapport with customers to ensure a first class service experience
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of dealer management systems such as Kerridge or ADP is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly
  • Energetic, personable, and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for cars and the automotive industry
