We are currently seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a well-established franchised main dealer in Newton Abbot. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to develop their career within a busy and reputable dealership environment.

Benefits

Competitive basic salary of £20,000 per annum
Attractive on-target earnings of up to £45,000 per year
Monday to Saturday work pattern with a day off during the week
Company car provided

Duties

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and deliver excellent service
Presenting and showcasing vehicles effectively to maximise sales opportunities
Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships
Updating and maintaining detailed CRM records to ensure follow-up success
Achieving individual sales targets while contributing to team objectives

Requirements

Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the automotive industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Full UK driving licence
