Pay: £24,000 Basic - £55,000 + uncapped OTE
Hours: 45 hours per week over Monday - Saturday (day off in the week)
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our client’s dynamic team in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate sales professional to work within a reputable car dealership group, offering a competitive salary and excellent earning potential.

- Contacting potential buyers via phone and email to generate sales leads
- Conducting face-to-face meetings and vehicle demonstrations
- Providing expert advice on the full range of vehicles, including features, prices, and technical data
- Evaluating used cars and appraising trade-ins
- Organising test-drives and assessing customer feedback
- Representing the dealership at sales events and ensuring high standards of product presentation
- Building rapport with customers and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Proven experience in car sales within the motor trade
- Strong face-to-face customer care and communication skills
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- Immaculate presentation and professional attitude
- Passion for sales and a proactive, determined approach to achieving targets
- Right to work in the UK
