  • Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Basic DOE Uncapped Bonus on Upsells

Our client, a family-owned, Vehicle Manufacturer approved bodyshop in Epsom, Surrey, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join their dynamic team. With a commitment to excellence and a drive to go paperless, this is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to contribute to a forward-thinking business and grow with a company that values innovation and progression.

As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will play a key role in assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate estimates, and driving the Bodyshop's efficiency using systems like Autoflow DMS and Audatex. You’ll work alongside an apprentice VDA (if ATA accredited) and have the chance to shape processes, introduce ideas, and lead initiatives in a business who are always evolving and looking at make things better and more efficient.

Key Responsibilities of an Vehicle Damage Assessor with our client:
  • Conducting thorough vehicle damage assessments for Vehicle Manufacturer approved repairs
  • Preparing precise estimates using Autoflow DMS and Audatex, supporting a paperless workflow
  • Collaborating with the team to streamline operations and enhance service delivery
  • Upselling additional services to maximise customer satisfaction and earn uncapped bonuses
  • Mentoring an apprentice VDA (if ATA accredited) and contributing to team development
  • Proactively suggesting improvements to processes and taking the lead on new initiatives
What Our Client is Looking For:
  • Qualifications: Ideally ATA VDA accredited or NVQ VDA qualified
  • Experience: Proven VDA/Estimator experience, preferably in a Vehicle Manufacturer approved environment
  • Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and familiarity with Autoflow DMS and Audatex
  • Mindset: Sensible, flexible, and innovative, with a drive to develop the business and take on leadership opportunities
  • Attributes: Excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving bodyshop
